Guerlain seeks a CRM Analyst in Mexico City to translate customer data into CRM strategies that drive loyalty and retail growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Convert customer and sales data into actionable insights via daily, weekly and monthly reports to inform commercial and CRM decisions.
  • Serve as a primary analytics partner to the sales force, ensuring effective use of clienteling/CRM tools and resolving operational needs.
  • Coordinate with IT on tool enhancements, updates and evolutions to improve processes and end‑user experience.
  • Design and implement loyalty and retention strategies to drive traffic, conversion and repeat purchase.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to increase adoption of CRM tools and best practices at point of sale.
  • Monitor CRM KPIs (database health, activation, conversion, recurrence, campaign performance) and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support events and activations by identifying prospects, tracking outreach and producing post‑event analysis with recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum three years of professional experience in CRM, retail analytics, customer insights or a related function; experience in beauty or luxury retail preferred.
  • Strong analytical disposition, highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and influence cross‑functional stakeholders using data.
  • Familiarity with clienteling practices and CRM segmentation metrics (e.g., active base, VVIC, VIC) is desirable.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written).

Experience

At least 3 years of relevant experience in CRM, retail analytics or customer insights, ideally within the beauty or luxury sectors, supporting commercial teams and operating cross‑functionally with Marketing, Retail and IT.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
