CRM Analyst
Guerlain is hiring a CRM Analyst in Mexico City to drive loyalty, retail CRM analytics and clienteling initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities
- Produce actionable insights and dashboards through daily, weekly and monthly reporting to inform commercial and CRM decisions.
- Support the sales force by ensuring effective use of clienteling/CRM tools and resolving operational issues.
- Coordinate with IT to drive improvements, updates and evolutive developments of brand tools to optimise processes and user experience.
- Develop and implement loyalty strategies to increase store traffic, conversion and repeat purchase (recurrence).
- Design and deliver training programs to strengthen tool adoption and in‑store best practices.
- Monitor CRM KPIs (database quality, activation, conversion, recurrence, campaign performance) and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Support events and activations by identifying prospects, tracking follow‑up and conducting post‑event analysis with recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Analytical, detail‑oriented profile with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence using data.
- Experience or familiarity with clienteling and personalised customer service (desirable).
- Familiarity with CRM metrics and segmentation (e.g. active base, VVIC, VIC).

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in CRM, retail analytics, customer insights or a related role, preferably in beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
