Guerlain in Singapore seeks a Controlling Intern (Internship) to support finance reporting, budgeting and APAC FP&A (full‑time Jun/Jul–Dec 2026).

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support month‑end closing and prepare monthly management reports for HQ, regional and local management
  • Analyze key variances versus prior year and budget and evaluate brand profitability through monthly P&L review
  • Prepare materials and presentations for monthly Brand Management meetings
  • Assist in preparation and consolidation of budget templates for SEA‑OC and support budget submission to HQ
  • Review the Internal Control Cockpit, flag potential control issues and support follow‑up actions after retail audits in coordination with Retail teams
  • Support development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards for Net Sales and P&L monitoring
  • Review and update controlling procedures, streamline reporting processes and help organise access to financial data
  • Deliver ad‑hoc analyses and follow up on finance projects as required

Qualifications

  • Available for a full‑time internship from June/July to December 2026
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Adaptable and flexible to evolving business needs
  • Collaborative team player
  • System‑oriented with appetite to learn reporting tools and processes

Experience

Entry‑level (Beginner). This internship is suited to candidates at the start of their finance careers; prior professional experience is not required. Must be able to commit full time for the internship period (Jun/Jul–Dec 2026).

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline preferred.
