Guerlain is hiring a Boutique Manager in Stuttgart (Breuninger) to lead the counter, grow clientele and deliver luxury retail KPIs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and run the Guerlain counter at Breuninger Stuttgart, including day-to-day operations and adherence to brand standards.
  • Recruit, coach, motivate and develop the counter team; produce staffing plans and ensure high-performance delivery in line with Guerlain guidelines.
  • Deliver personalised, professional and distinctive client consultations to build and retain an exclusive customer base.
  • Drive sales performance through active clienteling, upselling, and cross-selling while monitoring and optimising Retail KPIs.
  • Prepare and present regular sales and performance reporting; analyse results and implement corrective actions.
  • Plan and execute point-of-sale promotions and merchandising initiatives that preserve the luxury brand image and comply with merchandising guidelines.
  • Ensure operational excellence across counter processes to maintain an elevated customer service standard.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in premium or luxury retail, ideally within beauty or cosmetics.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and people development.
  • Strong identification with the Maison and an understanding of the luxury cosmetics and fashion market.
  • Fluent German and good command of English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Analytical approach with experience using KPIs and sales data to define and implement actions.
  • Demonstrated commercial drive, excellent communication and a polished, confident presence.

Experience

Minimum three years of experience in premium or luxury retail, with demonstrable commercial results and prior responsibility for leading a team or counter.

Education

Vocational qualification in retail, business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail.
