Boutique Manager
Guerlain is hiring a Boutique Manager in Düsseldorf to lead the Breuninger counter, drive sales and develop a high‑performing beauty retail team.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day operations of the Breuninger Guerlain counter, ensuring seamless execution of POS processes and adherence to Merchandising Guidelines.
- Recruit, coach and develop the counter team; set objectives, build schedules (Personaleinsatzplanung) and drive team motivation in line with Guerlain standards.
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch client consultations to build and retain a high‑value customer base and maximise lifetime client value.
- Own local sales performance: monitor Retail KPIs, analyse reporting, identify revenue opportunities and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
- Plan and execute in‑store promotional and visual initiatives to elevate the luxury brand image and optimise conversion at the point of sale.
- Safeguard the Maison’s luxury standards and ensure consistent presentation, service levels and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Several years of proven experience in premium or luxury retail, with a minimum of 3 years in client‑facing sales roles.
- Demonstrable experience in team leadership and people development within a retail environment.
- Deep affinity for the Maison and strong knowledge of the cosmetics, fashion and luxury marketplace.
- Fluent German and good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using sales KPIs and reporting to inform commercial decisions.
- Proven ability to assume responsibility for sales targets and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent sales, communication and client‑relationship skills; confident, stylish and professional presence.

Experience
Minimum three years' experience in premium or luxury retail, including responsibility for sales performance and at least some team leadership experience.
Education
Vocational training in retail, business or cosmetology preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail accepted.
