Guerlain seeks a Beauty Sales Advisor in Lyon (CDD 21h, Apr–Dec 2026) to deliver luxury client experiences and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an impeccable, personalised client experience across fragrance, skincare and makeup consultations; create warm rapport and embody Guerlain’s brand promise.
  • Drive boutique sales and market share by consistently applying the "Dare to Bee" sales method and leveraging the Bee Guerlain training tool.
  • Execute proactive clienteling activities — phoning, client outreach, encartage and loyalty-building initiatives — to develop a regular and international client base.
  • Achieve individual and team KPIs (revenue, PDM, other Retail KPIs) and contribute to boutique targets through upsell and tailored service propositions.
  • Maintain retail excellence: merchandising, stock control, cash handling, boutique presentation and strict adherence to sales procedures and grooming standards.
  • Participate actively in team briefs, share best practices and contribute to a collaborative, performance-oriented boutique culture.

Qualifications

  • BTS / Bac +2 (or equivalent) education.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role within luxury retail or beauty sales.
  • Fluent English (spoken) — required.
  • Proven commercial orientation with a demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Impeccable personal presentation, strong interpersonal skills and an ability to deliver discreet, high-end service.

Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail or beauty sales, with demonstrable success in client acquisition, retention and achievement of sales KPIs.
