Guerlain seeks a Part‑time Beauty Consultant in Glasgow (H Beauty, Silverburn) to deliver luxury client experiences and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences that embody Guerlain’s values and the ‘Guerlain promise’ from welcome to aftercare.
  • Conduct make‑up, skincare and perfume consultations; recommend products and services tailored to individual client needs.
  • Develop and maintain a regular local and international clientele through clientelling, telephoning and proactive follow‑up.
  • Apply the Guerlain selling method to achieve and exceed individual and counter sales targets; contribute to store objectives.
  • Support Retail Excellence and counter operations: checkout, point of sale management, merchandising, stock control and visual standards.
  • Participate in team briefings, contribute to a positive team spirit and propose actions from customer satisfaction feedback.
  • Maintain professional grooming and presentation standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer‑service orientation with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Result driven with a demonstrable interest in achieving sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
  • Active listening and advisory skills for personalised beauty consultations (make‑up, skincare, fragrance).
  • Familiarity with business management applications or retail POS systems.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and adherence to grooming standards; respect for confidentiality.

Experience
