Role & Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing customer experience through professional service and establishing long-term customer relationships.
• Drive business development to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Proactively achieve sales targets and share personal sales experience.
• Utilize customer information to promote brand and product categories including cosmetics, skincare, and fragrances.
• Assist with assigned business and administrative tasks, including handling customer complaints.
• Adhere to company and store operational requirements and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Passion for the retail industry and enthusiasm for the perfume and cosmetics sector.
• Preferred two years of sales experience.
• High level of responsibility and proactivity.
• Excellent, enthusiastic, and meticulous service awareness.
• Grooming: No visible scars or tattoos on face and other exposed body parts.

Experience

Preferred two years of sales experience in the retail or cosmetics industry.
