Role & Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing customer experience through professional service and building long-lasting client relationships.
• Drive business development to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
• Utilize customer information to promote brand products across cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance categories.
• Support and execute assigned business and administrative tasks, including handling customer complaints.
• Adhere to company and store operational requirements and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Passion for the retail industry and enthusiasm for the perfume and cosmetics sector.
• Minimum of two years of sales experience preferred.
• High level of responsibility and proactivity.
• Excellent, enthusiastic, and meticulous service awareness.
• Professional appearance with no visible scars or tattoos on exposed body parts.
• Proficient in Mandarin with standard pronunciation and no dialect accent.
