Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the business results of the Guerlain Douyin Flagship Store.
  • Plan and execute calendar events with strategic initiatives and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with platforms, KOLs, and internal teams to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Lead digital partners and third-party teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support line manager in P&L management, sales planning, and KOL livestream strategy development.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing, logistics, and product teams to align business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key business metrics and generate insights for decision-making.
  • Manage store operations, including product refreshes, promotions, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Control purchase orders and expenses.

Qualifications

  • Over 4 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the cosmetics or FMCG industry.
  • Experience with EKA or EMKT, with knowledge in key account management, e-commerce operations, and digital marketing.
  • Project management skills are advantageous.

Skills

Strong data analysis and logical reasoning skills. Proficiency in Excel. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and multitask effectively. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Chinese.

Experience

Over 4 years of experience in e-commerce, particularly within the cosmetics or FMCG sectors.
