Role & Responsibilities

  • Enter supplier invoices for various services including transport and general services.
  • Manage supplier follow-ups and inquiries.
  • Monitor and analyze deductions and supplier advances.
  • Prepare supplier payment campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in the first year of a BTS in Accounting and Management.

Skills

Strong organizational and teamwork skills. Excellent interpersonal communication. Proficiency in Excel and Word. Basic knowledge of English. Enthusiastic, curious, and adaptable.
