Guerlain seeks an Account Manager at H Beauty Lakeside, Thurrock (UK) to lead sales, client experience and team performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of the Guerlain counter at H Beauty Lakeside to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet sales targets.
  • Apply and uphold Guerlain's bespoke sales method while coaching and modelling high service standards for the team.
  • Recruit, train, evaluate and develop counter staff; set individual and team objectives and drive performance through coaching and feedback.
  • Monitor retail KPIs, manage P&L responsibilities, prepare reporting and implement action plans to optimise sales and productivity.
  • Ensure flawless store execution including merchandising, visual standards, stock control, cash handling and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Supervise administrative and operational tasks (scheduling, payroll input, bonuses, training records, uniforms and supplier coordination).
  • Manage customer relationship issues, complaints and disputes with speed and professionalism to protect brand reputation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience in luxury retail management, counter management or multi-person boutique leadership.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and managing retail KPIs; experience with P&L awareness preferred.
  • Proven ability to recruit, coach and develop sales teams in a luxury environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using a retail/business management application.
  • Strong organisational skills, commercial sensitivity and a client-centric approach appropriate for a high-end beauty brand.

Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail or beauty counter management with responsibility for sales targets and team leadership.
