Account Manager
Guerlain seeks an Account Manager at Fenwick Canterbury, UK to lead the beauty counter, drive sales and manage a retail team.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Guerlain counter at Fenwick Canterbury to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer experience and uphold brand standards.
- Coach, recruit, onboard and develop counter team members; define objectives, conduct evaluations and implement individual and team training plans.
- Monitor commercial performance and retail KPIs, produce reporting, contribute to P&L outcomes and deploy action plans to drive results.
- Ensure exemplary customer relationship management including dispute resolution, retention initiatives and the application of Guerlain’s sales method.
- Oversee daily operations and back‑office administration (scheduling, payroll oversight, bonuses, training records, stock control and cash management).
- Guarantee counter visual merchandising, presentation, cleanliness and adherence to merchandising directives and operating procedures.
- Manage supplier relationships and on-site maintenance, and coordinate risk management activities including inventories and physical security.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' relevant retail management experience in luxury beauty or prestige retail.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing P&L responsibility at a retail counter or boutique level.
- Demonstrable experience in recruiting, coaching and developing frontline teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with retail/business management applications.
- Strong organisational skills, commercial sensitivity and ability to analyse business KPIs and translate them into action plans.

Minimum 3 years of progressive retail or counter management experience within luxury beauty or prestige retail environments.
Education
Secondary education required; a degree in business, retail management, marketing or a related field is advantageous.
