Role & Responsibilities

  • Create and execute visually compelling presentations to enhance client experience and maximize sales.
  • Provide strategic guidance and directives to store teams to promote product sales through visual merchandising.
  • Act as the market expert on brand aesthetics and competitor visual merchandising trends.
  • Interpret global creative strategy to adapt to local market needs using creativity and discretion.
  • Analyze sales reports and data to respond to business needs at national and store levels.
  • Train and coach store teams on visual standards, substitutions, and best practices.
  • Ensure store displays consistently reflect the global creative vision.
  • Collaborate with store directors and merchandising departments to improve store performance.
  • Communicate directly with the global visual merchandising team.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising zoning plans and mock-up presentations.
  • Oversee and maintain store visual tools and inventory to meet brand standards.
  • Communicate visual updates and recaps from store visits with regional partners and headquarters.
  • Adhere to store visit rotation and travel requirements as provided by the regional manager.
  • Manage travel budget effectively.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with market stores.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of visual merchandising experience with a multi-store scope preferred.
  • Flexibility with work hours and adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for ad hoc overnight and weekend work to meet urgent deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel at short notice, up to 75% of the time.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and basic photography skills.
  • Proper work authorization to work in the United States.
