Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute visually compelling presentations to enhance client experience and drive sales.
  • Provide strategic guidance to store teams for promoting product sales through visual merchandising.
  • Act as the market expert on brand aesthetics and competitor trends.
  • Adapt global creative strategies to meet market needs using individual creativity.
  • Analyze sales reports to respond to business needs at both national and store levels.
  • Train store teams on visual standards and best practices.
  • Ensure store displays align with the global creative vision.
  • Collaborate with store directors and merchandising departments to improve store performance.
  • Maintain direct communication with the global visual merchandising team.
  • Implement visual merchandising zoning plans and mock-up presentations.
  • Oversee maintenance and storage of visual tools and inventory.
  • Communicate visual updates and store visit recaps with regional partners and headquarters.
  • Adhere to travel schedules and budgets provided by the regional manager.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with market stores.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of visual merchandising experience, preferably with multi-store scope.
  • Flexibility with work hours and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Availability for ad hoc overnight and weekend work.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time within the market.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and efficiency in meeting deadlines. Proficiency in PowerPoint and basic photography skills. Ability to work independently and exercise discretion in decision-making.

Experience

A minimum of three years in visual merchandising, ideally across multiple store locations, is required.
