Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and development.
  • Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, as Manager on Duty.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and develop action plans for team members.
  • Drive client engagement and build long-lasting relationships through superior service.
  • Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
  • Collaborate with the Store Director and other departments to optimize product performance and store presentation.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, providing leadership and guidance to the team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to inspire and influence a team with an entrepreneurial vision.

Experience

Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in sales management within retail or luxury retail environments, demonstrating a track record of driving customer satisfaction and achieving business objectives.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
