Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members on the shop floor.
  • Support the opening and closing of the store as Manager on Duty.
  • Conduct regular performance conversations and develop action plans for team growth.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Execute superior client experiences and foster long-lasting client relationships.
  • Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
  • Monitor and strategize around key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain visual merchandising standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong business acumen and industry awareness.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Ability to inspire and influence a team with an entrepreneurial vision.

Experience

2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
