Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve high performance through a customer-centric approach.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to meet business and product category goals.
  • Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers in the marketplace.
  • Support and guide Client Advisors, ensuring consistent client experiences and high engagement levels.
  • Oversee store operations as Manager on Duty, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and develop action plans for team growth.
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding of high-performing team members.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Drive superior client experiences and build long-lasting client relationships.
  • Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
  • Manage customer flow and resolve service issues to maintain client relationships.
  • Monitor and strategize around key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with Store Director and Merchandising team to optimize product performance.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Utilize digital platforms to support sales and client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
