Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve business and product category goals.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to enhance team performance.
  • Develop and grow team talent, ensuring a consistent client experience.
  • Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting brand values and amplifiers.
  • Support store operations, including opening and closing as Manager on Duty.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and develop action plans for team improvement.
  • Drive client engagement and build long-lasting relationships with clientele.
  • Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow client base.
  • Monitor and strategize client advisor performance to ensure excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to adhere to company policies.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage store assets.
  • Track special orders and communicate bestseller needs for replenishment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
  • Prior experience in the menswear category, especially suiting, is strongly preferred.

Skills

Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to inspire and influence a team with entrepreneurial vision. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
