Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver superior customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to enhance team performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the talent within the team.
  • Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers in the marketplace.
  • Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and develop action plans to improve results.
  • Drive client engagement and build long-lasting relationships with clientele.
  • Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
  • Monitor product category performance and propose action plans to reach targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, HR, and Visual Merchandising, to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
  • Prior experience in the menswear category, especially suiting, is strongly preferred.

Skills

Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software. Ability to inspire and influence a team with an entrepreneurial vision.

Experience

Minimum of 2-4 years in sales management within retail or luxury retail environments, with a focus on client engagement and team leadership.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
