Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members on the shop floor.
- Support the opening and closing of the store as Manager on Duty.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop action plans for team members.
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and developing a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Drive superior client experiences and build long-lasting relationships with clientele.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
- Monitor and strategize to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with Store Director, Merchandising, and Visual Merchandising teams to optimize product performance.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and organization of company assets.
- Communicate business needs and trends to relevant departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
