Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and developing action plans.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.

Experience

Education
