Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to achieve business goals.
- Promote Gucci values and act as a brand ambassador in the marketplace.
- Capture and utilize client data to personalize client development opportunities.
- Conduct clienteling activities and develop action plans to reach goals and KPIs.
- Monitor Client Advisor performance and ensure clienteling excellence.
- Support company-driven local events and product launches.
- Manage client flow and resolve client service issues to enrich client relationships.
- Model Gucci image through appropriate wardrobe and presence.
- Develop deep knowledge of competition and stay connected to local trends.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
