Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the shop floor to enhance team performance.
  • Develop and implement action plans to meet product category targets.
  • Ensure a consistent and superior client experience, fostering long-lasting relationships with clientele.
  • Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures as Manager on Duty.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop talent within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and maintain organization of company assets.
  • Utilize digital platforms to support store and online sales.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proper work authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
