Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members on the shop floor.
  • Support the opening and closing of the store as Manager on Duty.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop action plans for team improvement.
  • Drive client engagement and build long-term relationships with clientele.
  • Utilize clienteling tools to enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Monitor and strategize to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Human Resources, and Visual Merchandising.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Support local events and product launches to maximize client attendance and sales.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Skills

Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Passion for the fashion industry. Ability to inspire and influence a team with integrity and professionalism.

Experience

2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
