Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve high performance through a customer-centric approach.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to meet business and product category goals.
- Represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador, promoting Gucci Values and Amplifiers in the marketplace.
- Support and guide Client Advisors during store opening and closing as Manager on Duty.
- Conduct regular performance conversations and develop action plans for team growth.
- Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding high-performing team members.
- Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures, providing follow-up as needed.
- Lead the execution of clienteling activities and develop strategies to achieve KPIs.
- Manage customer flow on the selling floor to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Provide insights to Store Director and Merchandising team to maximize category potential.
- Utilize digital platforms to support store and online product sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Qualified candidates must have the proper work authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
