Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to enhance team performance.
  • Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers in the marketplace.
  • Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and lead morning briefings.
  • Develop and implement strategies for cross-category sales and client engagement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and develop action plans for team development.
  • Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining high-performing team members.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Execute clienteling activities to build long-lasting client relationships and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Store Director and Merchandising team to optimize product performance and store image.
  • Utilize digital platforms to support sales and client engagement.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and organization of company assets.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional departments to support business operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong business acumen and industry awareness.

Skills

Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software. Passion for the fashion industry and ability to inspire a team.

Experience

A minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
