Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the overall recruitment process, including market research, candidate searching, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Utilize sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract candidates through online job postings, direct searches, and referrals.
  • Explore professional job sites to source talent from diverse industries beyond retail.
  • Post job advertisements and build talent pools proactively through direct searching.
  • Evaluate applicants against position requirements and provide information about the organization and role.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of applicants and interview data.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment projects both in Korea and internationally.
  • Provide visa support for overseas employees and prepare onboarding processes in Korea.
  • Manage candidate data in master files and systems.
  • Perform administrative tasks using Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • Interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resource Management.
  • Previous recruiting experience, including internships, is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage and maintain data accuracy. Fluency in English and Korean.

Experience

Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred, including internships.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or diploma required.
