Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify necessary alterations and repairs on garments and inform clients of conditions.
  • Pin garments and verify dimensions and symmetry during fittings.
  • Propose alterations to clients.
  • Provide technical advice to sales staff and support the sales process.
  • Draft alteration sheets.
  • Determine garment delivery timelines.
  • Organize the execution of alterations internally or externally.
  • Ensure the disassembly and reassembly of pieces to be altered.
  • Order supplies and raw materials.
  • Perform ironing of garments.

  • Proven experience in garment alterations and tailoring.

Skills

Expertise in garment fitting and alterations. Strong communication skills for client interaction. Attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
