Role & Responsibilities
- Identify alterations and repairs needed on garments and inform clients of conditions.
- Pin garments and verify dimensions and symmetry during fittings.
- Propose alterations to clients.
- Provide technical advice to sales staff and support the sales process.
- Draft alteration sheets.
- Determine garment delivery timelines.
- Organize the execution of alterations internally or externally.
- Disassemble and assemble pieces for alterations.
- Order supplies and raw materials.
- Iron garments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in garment alterations and repairs.
- Strong understanding of garment construction and tailoring techniques.
