Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create the first prototype garment.
  • Evaluate and implement garment adjustments to enhance fit, collaborating with the Ready To Wear Samples Coordinator and the team of pattern makers and technicians.
  • Revise garments based on fitting corrections.
  • Construct sample garments.
  • Produce pre-production industrialized garments.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in garment production cycles and various manufacturing stages.
  • Diploma in fashion technology or tailoring.

Skills

Proficiency in operating sewing machinery (e.g., overlock, straight stitch). Strong knowledge of fabrics and yarns. Experience in garment pressing. Speed and precision in pattern interpretation. Effective organizational and planning abilities. Fluent in Italian and a second language.

Experience

Experience in the garment production process, including prototype and sample creation.

Education

Diploma in fashion technology or tailoring.
