Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute and supervise all store operations processes in alignment with local and regional policies to ensure optimal store functionality.
  • Implement and oversee action plans to enhance store operational performance.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular inventories, cycle counts, and monitoring of store-to-store operations such as transfers and consolidations.
  • Guarantee the availability of necessary supplies to support daily operations.
  • Maintain communication with corporate operations and security to report any deviations or anomalies in store processes.
  • Submit security checklists and operations reports to corporate and regional offices as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of retail operations experience.
  • Background in business administration, finance/economics, or fashion.

Skills

Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Effective leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze information and identify business priorities. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of 4 years in retail operations, with a focus on business administration, finance/economics, or fashion.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Fashion, or a related field.
