Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to drive sales across product categories and client segments.
- Ensure the achievement of business objectives through strategic projects and collaboration with corporate functions.
- Lead by example on the sales floor to demonstrate sales leadership.
- Implement and develop CRM initiatives to expand the store's clientele network.
- Foster service excellence and client engagement within the store.
- Manage and develop the retail team with support from HR, focusing on recruitment, coaching, and training.
- Cultivate motivation, a sense of belonging, and business involvement among staff.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential business partners, including landlords and personal shoppers.
- Support PR and Consumer Management teams in event coordination.
- Ensure effective visual merchandising in line with corporate guidelines.
- Oversee store operations to ensure economic and operational efficiency, compliance with policies, and inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or service industry, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Proven track record in managing retail teams and achieving business objectives.
