Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
  • Analyze store performance and report on trends, including competitor performance.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by engaging with top clients on the sales floor and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Manage stock levels through communication with key business departments to maximize full price selling and align with new product launches.
  • Train and communicate current collection knowledge to associates, ensuring team education on brand pillars and season strategy.
  • Communicate company KPIs and develop strategies to meet performance standards.
  • Develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with the Market Director to enhance sales.
  • Lead the team in establishing relationships and proposing local events to promote high client attendance and strong sales results.
  • Monitor competitors and fashion trends, industry news, and new technology innovations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Industry awareness and strong business acumen. Passion for the Fashion Industry. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
