Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring profitability.
- Analyze monthly store performance and report on business trends, including competitor performance.
- Demonstrate sales leadership through active customer engagement and ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Manage stock levels and align with new product launches to maximize full price selling.
- Train and communicate current collection knowledge to associates, ensuring alignment with brand pillars and seasonal strategy.
- Communicate company KPIs and develop strategies to meet performance standards.
- Develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with the Regional Director to enhance sales.
- Lead the team in establishing relationships and proposing local events to promote client attendance and sales.
- Stay informed on competitors, fashion trends, industry news, and technological innovations.
- Conduct monthly coaching sessions with associates to review performance and provide feedback.
- Oversee annual review process and set employee goals.
- Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team and build a talent pipeline.
- Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for new hires.
- Manage staff resources and scheduling to drive sales and ensure customer service.
- Partner with Regional Director and HR Manager for employee relations issues.
- Manage client development strategies to retain and develop high-potential clients.
- Promote brand awareness and capture market share through community outreach and events.
- Lead the team in executing superior customer service and after-sales experience.
- Ensure development and execution of CRM initiatives and monitor CRM database reporting.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Loss Prevention to enforce company policies.
- Monitor store expenses and maintain operating budget, aiming to reduce costs.
- Comply with Loss Prevention audits and inventory reconciliations.
- Oversee merchandise requests and shipments.
- Provide accurate schedules and ensure payroll records are submitted timely.
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain organization of company assets and adhere to guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
