Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and strategize to achieve store results, focusing on people development, client experience, and operational excellence.
  • Optimize business performance by leveraging internal and external opportunities.
  • Ensure seamless functionality and create a luxury service culture within the store.
  • Drive and execute the company's strategy through strategic, operational, and floor leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
  • Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Industry awareness and strong business and financial acumen. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
