Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
  • Analyze monthly store performance and report on trends, including competitor performance.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership through active customer engagement and ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Manage stock levels and maintain alignment with new product launches.
  • Train and communicate brand knowledge to client advisors and ensure team education on brand pillars.
  • Develop and implement business action plans to enhance sales across product categories.
  • Lead the team in establishing relationships and organizing local events to boost client engagement and sales.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in operations and loss prevention.
  • Oversee daily merchandise processing and ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is mandatory.
