Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
  • Analyze store performance and report on current trends, including competitor performance.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by engaging with top clients on the sales floor and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Manage stock levels and align with new product launches through direct communication with key business departments.
  • Train and communicate current collection knowledge to all associates, ensuring the team is educated on brand pillars and season strategy.
  • Communicate company KPIs and develop strategies to meet performance standards.
  • Develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with the Market Director to enhance sales.
  • Lead the team in establishing relationships and proposing local events to promote client attendance and sales.
  • Monitor competitors and fashion trends, industry news, and technological innovations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Work authorization in the United States.

Skills

Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Passion for the fashion industry.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
