Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic and operational initiatives to achieve store results and growth.
  • Develop and enhance client experience and engagement.
  • Optimize business performance through internal and external opportunities.
  • Ensure seamless store operations and adherence to company strategy.
  • Model and promote Gucci's values and client-centric strategy.
  • Execute superior client-centric service and after-sales experience.
  • Promote brand awareness and capture market share through community outreach.
  • Inspire collaboration among team managers and clienteling activities.
  • Guide the implementation of CRM initiatives and client development opportunities.
  • Partner with the Client Engagement team for business development.
  • Manage client flow and resolve service issues to retain client relationships.
  • Lead local events and product launches, ensuring client attendance and sales results.
  • Maintain knowledge of competition and local market trends.
  • Model professionalism and leadership, guiding team performance and development.
  • Foster a growth mindset and empower team members.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and career development conversations.
  • Develop leadership capabilities for future roles.
  • Attract, recruit, and retain high-performing team members.
  • Oversee Gucci onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate front and back of house activities to ensure client service excellence.
  • Manage stock levels and align with product launches.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention measures.
  • Support and monitor after-sales services and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
  • Proven ability to drive positive client experiences.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
  • Industry awareness and strong business and financial acumen.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for the fashion industry.
  • Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
