Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to forecast demand and adjust stock levels accordingly.
  • Implement and maintain efficient stock management systems and processes.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in stock records and compliance with company policies.
  • Lead and train a team of stock associates to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in stock management or a related field within the luxury retail sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Skills

Proficiency in inventory management software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in stock management or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
