Stock Controller
Gucci Stock Controller in London (Harrods) — Full-time role managing stockroom operations, inventory and replenishment.

Role & Responsibilities
- Organise and maintain the stockroom in strict accordance with Gucci procedures and visual standards.
- Plan, execute and participate in inventory operations; monitor shrinkage, unknown markdowns and loss-prevention measures.
- Receive, inspect, tag and log incoming product, supplies and deliveries; ensure accuracy of documentation.
- Control and supervise inter-store transfers, returns and other stock movements to ensure timely, auditable transactions.
- Manage replenishment from stockroom to shop floor, supervise flow of goods and act as a runner when required to support the sales team.
Qualifications
- Some prior experience working in a retail stockroom, warehouse or inventory role.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving boxes safely.
- Comfortable working varied hours and days, including weekends.
- Proficient in MS Office and demonstrably technology‑savvy.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to loss‑prevention and inventory control procedures.
Skills
Experience
Some experience in a retail stockroom or warehouse environment is required; hands-on experience with inventory operations, transfers and replenishment preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics, warehousing or retail is advantageous.
