Stock Associate

Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect merchandise deliveries in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
- Ensure the replenishment, monitoring, and organization of stock, including the receipt, verification, and placement of products.
- Maintain optimal organization of storage space for current and past collections.
- Monitor daily availability of items on the sales floor, including size and color, and perform necessary restocking.
- Prepare deliveries, shipments, and inter-store transfers in coordination with the store manager.
- Track packaging stock levels.
- Manage the receipt and follow-up of defective products.
- Participate in inventory counts and discrepancy investigations, including unknown shrinkage and losses.
- Perform labeling and tagging of merchandise.
- Assist in-store during peak workload periods with tasks such as customer service, organization, and minor maintenance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare new display elements.
Qualifications
- Experience in stock management or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
