Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the overall process of product receipt, storage, and movement, including system operations.
• Oversee inventory management and loss prevention.
• Order and manage stock of supplies, store stationery, uniforms, and customer-related items.
• Communicate and execute store operations and procedures in collaboration with headquarters.
• Coordinate with store personnel for operational activities.
• Support the sales team with customer product packaging when necessary.
• Assist with various store events such as renovations, pop-up stores, customer events, and visual merchandising changes.
• Manage internal and external warehouse operations.
• Handle store phone and email inquiries.
• Collaborate with various departments to maintain high efficiency at the store level.
