Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the efficient management of the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
  • Ensure timely merchandise movement, adhering to procedures for transfers, RTVs, and damages.
  • Maintain an organized store inventory, overseeing cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
  • Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
  • Assist with the physical upkeep of the boutique as needed.
  • Handle and store merchandise in compliance with Gucci standards.
  • Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
  • High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with internal retail systems and shipping software. Physical ability to meet job requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes. Team-oriented attitude.

Experience

A minimum of 2-3 years in a retail environment, with a preference for luxury or contemporary experience. Supervisory experience is considered a plus.
