Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee efficient stockroom operations to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate and organized store inventory, conducting cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Support the sales team to enhance the client experience.
- Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages promptly following company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Adhere to Gucci standards in packing, handling, and storing merchandise.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to analyze information and prioritize business needs.
- Integrity and strong work ethic.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
Experience
2-3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for luxury or contemporary sectors.
