Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
  • Ensure timely movement of merchandise, adhering to procedures and guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory, overseeing cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
  • Develop and share ideas to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Support the team in the selling process to ensure a high level of client experience.
  • Print and ticket merchandise, manage returns, and handle price adjustments.
  • Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
  • Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
  • Pack, handle, and store merchandise according to Gucci standards.
  • Support store initiatives and projects as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in retail or service-related industries is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
  • High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.

Skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with technology, including retail systems and shipping software. Physical ability to meet job requirements, including lifting and climbing. Team player attitude.

Experience

At least 2-3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for luxury or contemporary sectors.
