Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the efficient operation of the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting any issues to the Store Director or Operations Manager and taking necessary steps to resolve them.
  • Ensure timely movement of merchandise as directed, adhering to all procedures and guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory through cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation.
  • Support the sales team by enhancing the client experience and assisting in the selling process.
  • Print and ticket merchandise, manage returns, and process price adjustments.
  • Handle repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
  • Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
  • Pack, handle, and store merchandise in accordance with Gucci standards.
  • Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Must have proper work authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems. High degree of integrity and strong work ethic. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software. Physical capability to meet job requirements, including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes. Team player attitude.

Experience

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for those with a background in luxury or contemporary fashion. Supervisory experience is considered a plus.
