Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure an efficient stockroom to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
  • Facilitate timely merchandise movement in compliance with company procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
  • Conduct and manage store cycle counts and scheduled inventories with precision.
  • Support the sales team to enhance client experience and service quality.
  • Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
  • Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
  • Assist in the physical maintenance of the boutique as required.
  • Ensure merchandise is packed, handled, and stored according to Gucci standards.
  • Participate in store initiatives and projects as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication.
  • Experience in retail or service-related industries is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify business priorities and solve problems.
  • Demonstrates integrity and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
  • Physical ability to meet job requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
