Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee an efficient stockroom to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, resolving any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
  • Ensure timely merchandise movement while adhering to company procedures.
  • Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation.
  • Support the selling process to provide exceptional client service.
  • Print and ticket merchandise, process returns and price adjustments.
  • Handle repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
  • Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
  • Pack, handle, and store merchandise according to Gucci standards.
  • Support store initiatives and projects as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
  • High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with technology for internal retail systems and shipping software.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
  • Team player attitude.

Experience

2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings, with supervisory experience being a plus.
