Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute the shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues and collaborating with the Store Director or Operations Manager to resolve them.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate movement of merchandise, adhering to all company procedures and guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and handling of damages.
  • Maintain an organized and precise store inventory, conducting cycle counts and scheduled inventories with the support of the Store Director or Operations Manager.
  • Develop and propose ideas to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support the sales team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
  • Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
  • Assist with the physical upkeep of the boutique as needed.
  • Handle and store merchandise in compliance with Gucci standards.
  • Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in retail or service-related industries is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze information, prioritize business needs, and solve problems.
  • High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.

Skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to meet job requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes. Team-oriented attitude.

Experience

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant retail experience, ideally within the luxury or contemporary fashion sectors.
